Title Support Desk

FOLIO provides all its clients, real estate agents, and lenders access to a Title Support Desk that can provide transaction status updates, quotes, and guidance on any aspect of the closing and title process. The Title Support Desk is the first and main point of contact that provides the fastest and most efficient answers to your questions, and that allows our processors and closers to focus on the delicate details of legal due diligence, financial calculations for closing, and closing packages and details.
