As a realtor, it is not always clear where you need to be or what you need to be doing during the Closing Process. There is a lot of guidance you need to provide your client, but the lenders and title companies also play key roles, and sometimes you feel out of the loop as a realtor.
FOLIO has created a short checklist for Realtors so that they can better guide their clients during the closing process and know if they are on track for an on-time Closing. This checklist is not supposed to be one size fits all, and we believe it should be continually improved.
